- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow I am so disgusted by the experience that I had renting the community room. It started out well enough, the room was cheap. When we went to decorate for the event, I noticed there was still food in the fridge, the counters were not clean, etc. The floor was absolutely disgusting. My son was wearing blue pants that were gray when we left because the floor was so dusty. After the event, I went to drop the key back off and I was told that I needed to pay $30 because the room was not clean. When I told them about the problems we saw beforehand, they shrugged it off and said well next time we'll take more care to ensure the room is clean. I understand that $30 is not a huge amount of money but the problem I have is with the customer service. I am so beyond disappointed that they were so careless and rude about the whole thing.
